Obstacle Course and Mud Run
PACKET PICKUP AND RACE DAY REGISTRATION INFO:
RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP AND REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ONE HOUR PRIOR TO EACH WAVE START BEGINNING AT 8AM.
The packets will be available under the covered pavilion behind EASTSIDE HONDA. Please arrive early to get your packets and get to the start line before your wave start.
YOU MUST WEAR THE RACE BIB THAT CORRESPONDS WITH THE WAVE. YOU MUST RACE IN THE WAVE YOU ARE ASSIGNED TO. NO SWITCHING OF WAVES.
BIBS ARE TO BE WORN ON THE FRONT OF YOUR BODY.
RACE DAY INSTRUCTIONS
PARKING
Parking will be in the grass beside East Side Honda and in the lots at East Side and Gene's Power Sports. Please enter the first entrance (Arctic Cat) for early wave parking. Parking will be limited so go green, save some gas money and carpool!
IN THE EVENT THE RAIN HAS MADE THE GRASS AREA TOO WET FOR PARKING YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL ON FRIDAY WITH PARKING INSTRUCTIONS.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear anything you feel comfortable racing in. We recommend running shoes that you can tie securely to keep them on your feet, Vibrams and trail shoes are also good.
Costumes are encouraged for fun!
Don't forget a towel, a garbage bag, and a change of clothes. There will be hoses and a beautiful clear lake to rinse off in. Rumor is there will be firemen and a fire hose to help those really muddygirls....
THE COURSE
The run is approximately 2.5-2.8 miles through the trail around the lake. You will be tire stepping, hill climbing, military crawling, barrel jumping, hay bailing and of course trudging through the mud pit. If you get to an obstacle that's more than a challenge for you—move on to the next one.
Awards: First 10 muddygirls across the finish line of each wave receive a MUDDYGIRL MUG. YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL OBSTACLES TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR TOP 10 AWARD.
All participants get a finisher medal for getting muddy.
Hang around post race for food, fun, beer and to cheer on the other muddygirls. This will be the most fun you have all year.
Race Photos will be available online at PR photos a few days after the event. Make sure you wear your race number pinned to the front of your body so the photographers can get your muddy photo!

Wave Starts
MUDDYGIRL will have 6 wave starts throughout the morning on Sunday. Each wave will be limited to 100 racers. When registering you will select the time you wish to start. In the event that wave is full you will be moved to the nearest available wave. Come for your wave and stay all day cheering on the other racers.
